DRAFT MINUTES OF BOARDMEETING.
MARCH 5th 2020

The Meeting was called to order at 9:00AM.

Ken Page, Joette Maynard and David Honold were present thus establish a quorum.

All notices for the Meeting required by Florida Statute and the Association’s Bylaws have been met.

New Landscape Company: Ken Page made a motion to engage Duque’s Landscape as the Association’s landscape company at an initial monthly cost of $800. Second by Joette Maynard.
Ken explained the reasons for the need of a new landscape company in that the current landscapers continued to raise prices as the quality of their work continue to slide and has become unacceptable.
After various questions were addressed the motion was approved unanimously.

The next meeting will be the AGM on March 24th at 9:00

David Honold made a motion to adjourn. Second by Joette Maynard. Motion passed unanimously.
