VILLAS AT HARBOUR VILLAGE PROPERTY OWNER’S ASSOCIATION, Inc.
DRAFT MINUTES OF 2020 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING.
MARCH 24th 2020

The Meeting was called to order at 9:00AM.
Owners of seven (7) units, either in person or by proxy were represented thus establishing a Quorum.
All notices for the Meeting required by Florida Statute and the Association’s Bylaws have been met.

David Honold made a motion to approve the minutes of the 2019 AGM Second by Pam Geiselmann. All in favor. Motion passed.

Report of Officers: Brief report by the Board President Ken Page detailing the events of the last year.
He explained that once again a new landscape company has been engaged and starting on April 1st 2020..

Old Business: There was no old business carried over from prior Member’s Meetings.

New Business:

• Ken Page explained the details of interviews for a new Manager. He stated that members of the search committee had interviewed three different companies and felt that Star Hospitality Management was best suited to manage the Association. They were also selected by Harbour Village as their new management company.
• The Board Members for 2021 shall be: Ken Page, David Honold and Randy Trinklein, each and all qualified to serve as a Director according to Florida Statute and Association Documents. A very brief organizational meeting to elect officers will be held following this meeting.
• Other topics discussed – Screens for sliders at #509 and water leak at #506.

Randy Trinklein made a motion to adjourn. Second by Pam Geiselmann. There being no further business before the Members, the meeting was adjourned.

Organizational Meeting:
The following slate of officers was nominated and approved unanimously:
President: Ken Page.
VP & Treasurer: David Honold
Secretary: Randy Trinklein

Randy Trinklein made a motion to engage Star Hospitality Management as the Association’s Manager subject to attorney’s review of contract. Second by David Honold. All in favor motion was approved.

Randy Trinklein made a motion to adjourn. Second by David Honold. All in favor motion was approved.
